Today's Tuesday, and the count down continues. Yet, I'm not feeling the excitement of the work even when it's coming to an end like really soon. I'm wondering if this kind of sentiments will continue til the last day of work, or parhaps even til after that. It's not good, anyhow. If I didn't like the job, I ought to be over the moon since it's coming to an end now; if I did like it, then I ought to be sad that it's gonna end so soon. But I'm feeling neither, meaning like or not remains a mystery, which was not any part of my rationale to join this internship thingy.
Anyway, RongQi's boyfriend came to do volunteer work today, making the already very crowded pens even more so. Sometimes, either pens will be filled with 3 or 4 handlers leaving me stranded in between. Shall heed Josiah's advice to go and do the obedience and agility training during free time. The dog which bit Josiah during the home visit came today, and OH MY, it's big and FAT! At first sight I thought it belonged to my favourite breed, the husky family, but the handlers told me it's actually an Alaska [something] (I forgot the term). Exactly how big, here's a rough gauge- hs collar is big enough to put through at least 1 1/2 of my head (without stretching), and Kai said if he was to fight with baba, he would probably kill him. Wa! Terrorist dog! And there was this once when I tried to scare him for continuous howling in his "den", and he scrawned at me. I mean usually other dogs would just back-off and hide somewhere, but he stood up to me and bared his teeth! Wa! He's one that's been put on red alert!
Today's work was somewhat better than yesterday's. At least, it was not as much nothingness. We called some agencies for dog exportation and new knowledge is that dogs can only be transported by air, and that service is called air frieght. Lots of documents must be prepared beforehand too.
After work I had a long chat with RongQi's boyfriend during our walk out of that place. Haha, was feeling chatty, and the thing I learnt from care-rep thing applied. Everything seems better when you looked at them from a positive perspective.
