Saturday: By right it should be weighed down by a lot a lot of things; by left the entire day was taken by none of such things.
I thought Saturday is the only day that perhaps busy me could make full use to get back whatever amount of sleep I've forgone, but to only be waken up at 8 by dear mommy. She wants to go to the Singapore Flyer, but I was so tired to the extent that I literally slept while standing in the train.
It jsut felt so terrible when one is in the sleeping mood, yet unable to do so, but thank God for removing whatever sore I had towards the deprivation of sleep. It was a pretty long walk to the Sky Flyer from City Hall's MRT because we couldn't find the place to take the shuttle bus, and despite them wanting to cab there, I was quite reluctant to waste that amount of money. So off we went, and we spotted this group of people which had gathered outside the floating stadium beside Esplanade in the early hours of 10? I found out later on that it was in order to book a good spot for the concert later on, for that taiwanese guy called Show.
cool cyclists that sped past us!

Sky flyer not so distant away!
As we walk and walk and walk...
The ride was not greeted with much anticipation from us. The sign board called it the flight, perhaps because of the height that the structure ascended us into, but again, flight's a weird verb to describe that experience. Though, the procedure looked pretty much like that of a flight- checking in, checking of bags, admission ticket, the walkway up. And I like the boarding part, where all of us had to step into the moving cabin. Haha, I realise the cabin doesn't stop rotating at all!
The ride was fun. Alright, perhpas the countless camwhoring with sister, and even some with mommy made it super fun! For your information, there were 3 other families in that same cabin, and we, particularly me was unglamly doing all sorts of weird pose to camwhore. The pictures should speak for themselves.
After that ride which lasted for around 15-20 minutes, I rushed off to meet my friends. Hm, proper work dominates over even my mommy's birthday. Sisters and nephews were going to celebrate for her while I had to leave, missing out on the occassion, and also the food. Oh well.
Oh ya, today I finally got my phone! I didn't have any particular model in mind initially, and I just walked into the shop and started browsing. Alright, to be frank, I've kind of set my sights on Samsung already. Nokia's been pretty laggy, and I haven't heard much positive comments regarding the other brands. So ya, the display window only had a few touch screen, and I recognised 1- Samsung Pixon. Haha. Didn't learn much about it, but decided to buy. No regrets though, maybe a little on the extra spent on the acessories. One amazing feature is its camera- 8.0 megapixel! Cool huh?! So it's every dollars worthwhile- a camera and phone 2 in 1. I think I will love this phone man!
Met up with people at Tampines Mall. Went to look for cargo pants and all, but to no avail, so we only could settle for alternatives. Haha! It's a little amazing how we spent hours roaming between Century Square and Tampines Mall, and settled for something else. Lunch was Old Chang Kee, and they had this new pop corn box thingy with fish and potato wedges inside. I think they tasted really good=).
Noon was spent at some pavillion having fun. Haha, dancing around and chatting and playing Pepsi Cola 1, 2, 3. I realise Alpha's a group of nostalgic people. First I started off the game of scissors paper stone, and now the juniors are playing that! Fun! Today's been a long, good, spend a lot of money and tiring day! Thank God for all that happened=) I love you!
