Monday, August 4, 2008If everyday was a tiring day, today must be the worst amongst all. As usual I slept on my journey to bus. However, I fell into deep sleep today, that I even dropped my handphone halfway through. So that disrupted my sleep, and soon before I could sleep properly again, I've already reached school. I'm becoming sick. The runny nose had been bothering me since late morning, and had not ceased since. It's such a torment because the mucus always threaten to flow. Lunch time, I went to the HC room and had a nap, before setting off for next lesson. Even though school ended at 440 today, already quite late, I had to stay back to help out with the preparation for the coming up house function. Theen has a point there. It's supposed to be a 2 house thing, but look at the turn out rate today. There were only 3 Alpha at times, but 6 Betas. I wouldn't deny that Alpha did have a fare share of its contribution, but compared to Beta, or fall back onto our own conscience, did we really contribute enough? Where's the enthusiasm? When we ran for these positions, didn't we make that vow to bring glory back to Alpha? But where has it gone? Despite that, I'm glad my captain is doing something about it. At least he cares.
