O Holy Night
God's Angels guided me through

brightening darkness; removing obstacles

to have seen me thus far

Secrets of the woods become secrets no more

For God has commanded me to share my experience

with those whom trust and don't

as the encounter would witness and stand

and show the greatness of our mighty Lord

God bless

Today's Thursday, and I've decided that I didn't want to leave today's entry until tomorrow or even 2 days later. I woke up only at 12+. Earlier in the day, mom bought breakfast home, and woke me up to have it. But why would a tired man wake up so early in the morning to eat? Then I woke up, finished that pack of kuay teow mee, and realised she cooked fish porrige too. Immediately, a bubble floated out in my mind. Why did she cook so much. So for much of the restless afternoon, I ate quite a bit of things. At around 1530, I left house and jogged to Bedok Reservoir. I've only done it during the wee hours in the morning, and this was the first time I ran under the sun along that trail. Long absence from the sports, so I think I did well. Didn't stop at all, and reached that place, without stitch, without cramp, without asthma. Reached there in one piece at least. Then I waited for Joel. He took super long to reach, and I was like walking around and around and around. Two legs are better than 4 wheels. So Joel arrived on that bus like after forever. Then we did warm up and started jogging. OAC has taught me how to run with people, not too fast, not too slow. Regardless of how distracting the rhythm of our pace on that sandy track was, I was always on his right. I'm a good jogging companion now=P I even tried to follow his breathing loh! Inhale, inhlae, exhale! =P But things were just not to be. Just after a few minutes we started, stitch set in. Must be the jog from my house to BR, sudden stop, sudden rest, sudden wait, and sudden start. So got stitch. But I beared with it, pressed my sides, and pulled through, but the other side started having it, and I beared, pressed, pulled, and I was through again. Jogging at BR was cool. The scenary not bad, quite distracting, except for that white building, which was nothing less distracting because of that stupid odour=P So ran and ran, and Joel had his gastric again. So we stopped and walked. Haha, OAC taught me breathing very important, so I kept telling him to control his breathing, and blah. Walked through the remaining half round. I guess I ran like 5 or 6 km today? Not bad lah, for a start. Should be doing more in the next few days, maybe later. After that, we went to Bedok interchange to have a drink. Cool cool lime juice.  Not bad not bad, but not sour at all. Took bus home, and I ran a little more after I alighted. Today's really a runny day=P
