Woke up today and realise I'm back at home. It just didn't feel right, each time after camp, the immediate next morning would just give us this unfamiliarity that cause little discomfort. Just did not feel right, not seeing familiar faces in camp, not having the same objective a group would have, not pressing for time to keep in the time frame, not anticipating the programs that had been arranged ahead, not cheering the voice out of our throat. I am missing it now!
Today I woke up at around 10 to the knocks and drills that bugged me out of the wonderful sleep in my cosy bed. Then I went online to check on the number of tags I have, and until now I've got over 50 unique visits which was great. Went out in the noon to meet Joel to hang out around singapore. I asked him to call me when he boarded the bus, and call me again when he's 2 stops away from my stop. But when he did, I was super late. Imagine seeing the bus at the x-junction while you were at the door-step. That was how close I was to being late. I dashed across the road, and finally reached there like just in time when the bus came from behind. Phew. Warning: please do not imitate!
At Tampines Mall, we went from first storey to the top and back to the bottom because the foodcourt has been closed down for renovation, and Joel settled for Mos Burger. After that, we went for shoe hunt, which only lasted for a while. Then guess where we went? Back to Mount Zion, the coolest shop on earth! Got many cool quotes that I really like. So me and Joel stayed in that shop for like really long looking for presents for both christmas, as well as my dear group 3! I miss you guys, like a lot! Group 3~ Huat arh!
After that we decided to go to some New Balance warehouse, where Joel checked its location and found one in Novena. But when we went there, there was no such thing, and my cheap buy of shoes went bubble-ified for the time being. I want to get new running shoes! The trip to Novena was really a waste of time, and the only thing that we did there was to watch the rugby match of I think Ireland versus some Oceania island on the shopping centre's plasma television. At least I learn how some of the easier rules of the game. Tactic: Chiong!
On the train home, we met Denisa and chatted with her, until I alighted at my stop and bided them farewell. Went home after that, and basically that't that for the time being.
