The last three days had been rather hectic for us, the 16th HC, as well as all the others who were involved in Titans, the annual milestone sports event. I used to be part of it, but had since withdrawn. Thus, my role today was to help serve, support, cheer and attend to the needs of the potential titans. Well, I've been through those trainings, and trust me, serving is definitely much tougher, in terms of tolerance. The first day was individual events. Despite it being still the college day, and all the other people were enjoying their day's off, the titans and us had to come to school to launch the start of the event. Overall, Alpha did quite well, except for the part where I felt really bad for cutting into Nicholas' path when he was doing suicide. Else, he could have been faster by a few seconds. Bad me, blur me. After the day's event had ended, we had to clean up the place, so by the time everything was ready, it's already 2000+h. That day's event begun with a morning rehearsal for our investiture, a short while of supporting our school's basketball boys in the finals, before coming back for titans. Hence, it is not exaggerating to say that that day of my life was revolved around HC-related stuffs.Yesterday school resumed for us. But we had only one period which was in the morning before attending the Student Councilor's Investiture. My task was to be an usher on one of he walkway linking the canteen to the Lecture Theatre, which I thought was redundant, because during my 1hr+++ there, there was only one outsider who approached me to ask for directions. What a wastage of manpower. In the end, I went over to Kaizen's side to help out, where I managed to serve a few people in like ten minutes. See the difference? SC investiture was a booming success. It really got my mood up high, especially the performance. 31st SC rocks! I like the taxi dance most. IT'S REALLY REALLY CUTE!!!=DAfter that was Titans again. As agreed earlier, the auntie gave us an entire box of free ice again. The day was a disastrous one, especially for me. First my neck was rubbed by the log until there were cuts and rashes, then my chin was hit by that 90+kg log, exerted together with the mighty force of our House Captain, Trinity Teo Jia Wei! Aw.. My poor chin. Still can feel the pain until today.Today was the last day of the Titans, also the last longest school day before holiday commences. I forgot to bring my book again, so I went home during lunch to retrieve it, only to realise that I wouldn't be able to make it back on time. Hence, I could only miss that period. Sorry, Mr Elwin. After formal lessons, we had the final rehearsal for tomorrow's rehearsal. The lights were offed, the AVAs were experienced, the ambiance was right, except for a little blur-ness here and there. Tomorrow's gonna be a successful one, like the SCs=)The last event of Titans was the 7km group run. I met the people at the L-road and cheered for them all the way back to school=) Although Alpha didn't win the overall champion, but I still thought Alpha did really well=) Good one guys!!! I should start training, and take part next year=) I'm confident of breaking the sit-ups record. So shall brush up much much more, to beat that 200+ record.
