Tuesday, August 19, 2008Today's the "Be Yourself Day", so we were given the permission to go to school in whichever way we want to dress ourselves up. It was jus ta week ago when our class was immersed in a facade of tension over what to wear, but ever since the outing we had last Sunday, things had since changed course to go on a better journey. Things are looking good now, our class spirit seems to be improving and everything seems just too good than never before. I reported to school in PE attire (usually not allowed), and a many people seemed to have forgotten that it was "Be Yourself Day" and persistently popped me with quetions like why ain't I in the proper attire. That aside, PE was kind of a waste of time. Last week we enjoyed run while the girls suffered gams, so this week was a switch around. After all, present days practises gender equality? But weather was another factor. It seemed to be ahving an issue with us guys,that it was bad- gloomy and wet. Those people who chose kayaking as their PE elective were to stay back for a briefing, which wasted more of our time. By the time I joined Kah and guys for soccer I only had less than 20 minutes. Nevertheless I enjoyed the game, though no where near enough. I thought I played well=P I had numeour chances but luck was not on my side. I had a shot which looked as if it was going in but hit the cross -bar in the end. After PE, all of us changed into our formal attire, and I discovered that Kah was wearing something somewhat the same as mine, so for the entire day I called him mini-me=) During the PW period, we took pictures.
