Shut up and just shut upI woke up in the morning already pissed. It was a Saturday, one which I expected to be allowed to sleep in real late. But instead, as early as 0800h my mom came to wake me up. Reason? To extend my passport's expiry date. This is one big 'WHY' I dislike life here, especially when I'm a guy. It didn't help when my mom scolded me for sleeping too much, which apparently I didn't. It was solely because she wanted to be there early as she thought only by doing so then could we escape the long long queue, That's another big "WHY"- the kiasuism of the people here. Fortunately, I didn't feel like talking, so successfully avoided a potential bicker. Subconsciously, I was aware that I was being unfilial by ignoring 80% of what my mom told me. Yet still, the reluctance to even utter an "oh" was so strong. I hate it when so much effort needs to be summoned in order to carry on a stupid conversation, but oh wells. It wasn't that long a queue after all. That defeated the purpose of being there so early, and indirectly, the purpose of me having to wake up so early. *Gritting teeth* Elder sis called us after we ended and told us that she wanted to meet us at Simei. Hence, me and mom took the train and arrived at Simei. We had the new innovation of KFC- the fish zinger for breakfast. Sis was there as soon as we finished. We board the car, and went to Expo, which was too early for exhibitions of any sorts. Basically, we were early for everything today. Aw, my sleep... *Grit* Therefore, we went changed our destination. Brother-in-law wanted to take his one star kayak license, so we went to Pasir Ris Park. Me, a road idiot, has to give direction to the Water Venture. It's been really hard on me=P After some conversation exchanged between my bro and the person there (totally no idea of the topic since I was reading newspaper outside the room), we went to the big playground behind the station. Somehow I just feel very familiar with this place. I was here last year during class chalet, then I came here for my kayaking 1 star course too. That explained the familiarity. Then, I taught my older nephew how to climb the spider web. I was fast, at least amongst them(my bro and nephew). Challenge me next time, yea? =P After that, we went for the spinning plate and some other smaller structures. This was the only part of the day where my mood managed to brighten up a little. After that, we went home to have lunch. Mom cooked curry chicken today, my arch enemy. Since then, I've been using computer until now. Got a period not long ago, I couldn't come to all blogger sites for some reason. Was damn pissed. Not saying that I'm feeling any better now. It's just that, why is everything going against me today!?! Sigh*
